Sanctumel works on a subscription, with a trial period to explore the platform. This guide explains how your subscription is paid and what happens at each step.
The trial period
When you sign up, you get a trial period to test Sanctumel with your church, with no commitment. All the features of your plan are available during this period.
Pay your subscription
The main method is a bank card. Payment and future renewals are handled automatically, in a secure payment environment: there's nothing to redo each month.
- Choose your plan from Settings, then Subscription.
- Enter your card. Payment and future renewals are automatic.
- Your full access is confirmed immediately.
Bank transfer is still possible for churches that prefer it: you make the transfer with the reference shown, and our team validates the subscription on receipt.
Tip: by card, everything is automatic. By transfer, remember to renew before the due date so you don't drop to read-only.
If payment is late
If a subscription reaches its due date without renewal, access doesn't cut off abruptly: you first move to read-only, with reminders, while you sort it out. Your data is never lost.
Warning: keep your church's billing email up to date, so reminders and confirmations reach the right place.
A single price in euros
The subscription price is the same everywhere in the world: it is displayed and paid in euros. The displayed price is the price paid: Sanctumel is a non-profit (ASBL) under the Belgian small-enterprise VAT exemption scheme (art. 56bis), no VAT is added.
Electronic invoicing (Peppol) for Belgium
Since 2026, invoicing between Belgian entities goes through structured electronic invoices (the Peppol network). If your church or non-profit is in Belgium:
- Open Settings, then Church.
- Fill in your company number (BCE), for example "BE 0123.456.789".
- Your next subscription invoices will automatically be delivered as electronic invoices to your Peppol inbox (your accountant's or your accounting software's), in addition to the usual email.
Info: without a company number, you simply keep receiving your invoices by email.
