Marriage certificates
Pick a premium template, customize texts and colors, print a certificate verifiable by QR code.

The marriage journey (counseling, banns, ceremony) ends with a certificate worthy of the name: premium templates, real customization, and an authentication QR.
Pick a template
- Open the couple's journey (Members, then Marriages), Certificate tab.
- The template gallery offers the official designs (Golden Heritage, Royal, Modern, Botanical, Watercolor, Art deco). New templates arrive regularly, with no update on your side.
- Click a template: the default texts adapt to your church's language.
Customize
- Accent color: keep the template's color or pick your own (gilding, rules and ornaments follow).
- Preamble, verse and church mention are FREE text zones: rewrite them entirely - every church has its own wording, blessings and mentions.
- Vows, officiant and witnesses come from the marriage journey: nothing to re-enter.
- "Save settings" stores the template and texts on THIS certificate.
Print and authenticate
- Print / PDF renders the certificate in A4 landscape, identical on screen and on paper.
- A discreet QR code sits in the footer: scanning it opens your church's public verification page (same system as official letters and receipts). Authentic, revoked or unknown - without ever exposing the content.
- The certificate's unique number sits next to the QR.
Certificates issued before this version remain valid: open them, pick a template and reprint.
Issuing = locking (anti-forgery)
- As soon as a certificate is printed with its authentication QR, it is issued and locked: no longer editable, no longer deletable. This guarantees that a scanned certificate matches exactly what was delivered.
- Need a correction (typo, couple's request)? An administrator can unlock upon express request: the reason is required and kept on the certificate. Reprinting locks it again.
- Deleting an issued certificate requires the same unlock, and revokes its QR: an already distributed paper copy will show "revoked" when scanned.
