Build a program
Prepare the run sheet of a service or event, then run it live on the day.
A service, a convention, a worship night: every key moment has a run sheet. The Programs module helps you prepare that sequence (welcome, worship, sermon, announcements), assign the leaders, then run it live.
Create a run sheet
- Open Programs, then New program.
- Add the steps in order: each step has a title, a type and a planned duration.
- For each step, set the person in charge and a short note if needed.
Tip: set a duration for each step. It's what lets you see, on the day, whether you're on time or running late.
Link a sermon
A sermon-type step can point to a subject prepared in Preaching. On the day, you open the message in one click, in preach mode, without searching for it.
Run it live
On the day of the event, start conductor mode: the current step shows in large type, with a timer that alerts you if you overrun, and the next step in preview. You move through the program from a phone or a screen.
Note: conductor mode is read-only: it doesn't change the program, it serves as your thread during the live event.
Reuse a program
A run sheet that comes back every week can be saved as a template, then duplicated in one click for next time, instead of re-entering everything.
Going further
- Link a program to an event.
- Assign services across the teams.
- Prepare sermons in advance.
