The run sheet is built by durations: you type how many minutes each part lasts, and Sanctumel computes every time automatically.
Build the run sheet
- Create the program (title, date, start time).
- Add the parts one by one: label, person in charge, duration in minutes. Each part's start and end times are chained from the program's start time.
- Change a duration: every following time realigns instantly. No more inconsistent run sheets.
- Reorder by drag and drop: times recompute on the fly.
Templates and tabs
- The list is organized in three tabs: Upcoming, Past and Templates.
- Save your recurring run sheets (Sunday service, vigil) as templates: every new edition starts from a clean base.
Project the program
The Project button opens the program straight in the projection control room (free session): each part becomes an announcement slide, and the linked sermon is loaded if the program references one. See the Projection module documentation.
Linked to an event
A program can be linked to an event (and a worship service): see "Link to an event". Rescheduling an event duplicates its program, history stays intact.
