Department hub and attendance

Each department now has its own page: click its name from the overview. Everything is computed from the weekly reports already entered: no extra data entry.

A department's hub

1. Overview: the presence curve of the last 12 reports, recent reports with their status, and a smart to-do (late report, department without a chief, member dropping out).
2. Attendance: the members x weeks matrix - green present, orange justified absence, red absent, grey not recorded - with each person's individual rate.
3. Reports: the report history and direct access to the weekly entry (which does not change).
4. Members: the list by role (chief, deputy, secretary, members) with a link to each profile.
5. Connections: bridges to other modules depending on the type - Services & Rota plans attached to the department, the School module for Sunday school, marriage journeys for Couple & Family, inventory.

Dropout, detected automatically

A member absent without justification on 3 consecutive reports is flagged as "dropping out" - on the department card, in the hub and in the pastoral view. The goal is pastoral: suggest a call before the person drifts away.

The pastoral view (Attendance)

From the overview, the "Attendance" button opens the church-wide view:

1. The departments x weeks grid: each cell shows the report's presence rate (green 70% and above, orange 50-69%, red below).
2. The 8-report trend, to spot departments rising or running out of steam.
3. Actionable alerts: late report, department without a chief, dropouts, falling presence - each one opens the relevant hub.

On the overview

Each department card now shows its pulse: a mini presence chart of the last 8 reports, this week's report status (validated, submitted, late) and any alerts.
