Rooms: bookings and conflict prevention

Your meetings happen in rooms: the module guarantees two groups never end up in the same room at the same time.

The week occupancy view

1. In Rooms, the Week occupancy button switches to the rooms x days grid: manual bookings, department meetings (gold) and service plans (blue) - the whole church on one screen.
2. Arrows navigate week by week; a gap in the grid = a free slot.

A department's regular meeting

1. In a department's card (Edit button), declare the regular meeting: day, times, room.
2. Conflicts are detected at declaration: if another department already occupies that room on that slot, saving is refused with the department's name.
3. Then, at each QR check-in of the meeting, the room is booked automatically for the week - nobody can take it by surprise. If the room is already busy that day, check-in continues and the conflict is flagged.

Free rooms on conflict

When a manual booking hits an occupied slot, the system no longer just refuses: it suggests the free rooms on the same slot (with their capacity) - one click books the fallback room directly.
