The Pay portal
The place where your donors pay and where your church tracks its payments, all in one spot.
The Pay portal is the public face of Sanctumel Pay. It's where your donors complete a donation or a purchase, and where your church finds its payments.
The donor's side
A donor doesn't need an account to give. From a link or a QR code, they choose an amount, pay, and receive a receipt by email. Simple and fast - that's what makes a donation go through instead of being abandoned.
Tip: the shorter the journey, the better it converts. A QR code shown at the service, an amount in two clicks: that's the most effective path.
The church's side
Each payment received shows up in your payments, with the amount, the date and, if the donor provided it, their name. Finance roles get an alert, and everything is automatically recorded in your accounting.
Note: money doesn't pass through the portal. It goes straight to your church's payment account; the portal only displays and tracks.
Receipts and tracking
The receipt goes automatically to the donor. On your side, you track payments by period and by channel (donation, store, event), for clear accounting.
