Sermon Library (William Branham)
1,222 sermons in full text, freely distributed translations SHP/VGR - full text search, paragraph-by-paragraph reading, embed citations in your sermons.
The Preaching module includes a library of 1,222 William Branham sermons (1947-1965), in full text: the original English (VGR) and freely distributed translations by Shekinah Publications (SHP), supplemented by VGR and Swiss versions where available. It also includes the 10 chapters of An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages.
Enabling the library
The library is reserved for Message churches. An administrator enables it once in Settings → Church → Message church: the Library button and the editor's /prophet command then appear for the whole church.
Language follows your church
The display automatically follows your church's official language - just like the Bible:
- French-speaking church → French translations (SHP by default);
- any other language church → original English by default, since it's the source version.
In the reader, an Original EN button allows a French-speaking church to view the original at any time (and switch back).
Search
Two search modes to choose from:
- Titles - by title, Message code (e.g.
64-0614M), or location. Filter by year with the 1947 → 1965 timeline. - Full text - type at least 3 characters and Sanctumel searches through the 394,000 paragraphs of the corpus. Each result shows an excerpt; one click opens the sermon directly to the found paragraph.
The search ignores accents and uppercase: "tete", "Tête" or "TÊTE" return the same results.
Read a sermon
Each sermon displays clear landmarks:
- the version badge - SHP (golden), VGR, Swiss, EN (original) - click it to switch translations when multiple exist;
- year, location, duration of the sermon;
- paragraph numbers § identical to the source - your references remain valid everywhere.
An internal search bar filters the paragraphs of the open sermon (without accent constraints either).
Cite in your preachings
Two paths:
- From the reader - hover over a paragraph and click the copy icon - the citation goes to your clipboard, already formatted with the version specified (
William Branham - Title (code), §n [SHP]). - From the preaching editor - type
/then choose Prophet citation. Search for the sermon, then click a paragraph - the § and text populate automatically. To cite a range, click the start paragraph then the end one (e.g. §62 then §65): the entire range inserts, each paragraph preceded by its own number. The inserted sermon title always specifies the version ([SHP], [VGR], [EN]).
Terms of use
Sanctumel is a preaching creation aid tool, not an editor of the works:
- sermon text is read-only - it cannot be modified or regenerated;
- the library produces no brochures, PDFs, or exports of sermons: for printed editions, contact official distributors (Shekinah Publications, Voice of God Recordings);
- what you create and print are your own sermons, which may cite the passages studied.
Text integrity
The corpus was imported with paragraph-by-paragraph verification (order and content checked by digital fingerprint against the source). What you read is exactly the text distributed by the translators.
