Audio library and playlists

Upload your recordings, jingles and messages, then group them into ready-to-air playlists.

2026-07-04

Before you can schedule an automatic grid, your station needs its own sound library. The My audio tab is where you upload your files, and the Schedule tab is where you assemble them into playlists. Everything is handled inside Radio & Live, with no external software.

Uploading audio

  1. Open Radio & Live, then the My audio tab.
  2. Drag and drop a file into the upload area, or click to pick one.
  3. Enter a title (pre-filled with the file name) and, optionally, an artist.
  4. Choose the track type, then start the upload.

Accepted formats are MP3, AAC, WAV, M4A and OGG, up to 50 MB per file.

Note: uploads stay locked until you accept the station's terms of use. A banner lets you confirm them in one click.

Track types

The type keeps your content organised and helps you build a coherent schedule.

TypeUse
MusicSongs and worship that fill the airtime
JingleShort idents and transitions between segments
ShowLong recordings, sermons, magazine programmes
MessageAnnouncements, verses, words of encouragement

Watching your storage

A gauge at the top of the tab shows how much space you use against your subscription limit. It turns orange at 85% and red at 100%.

Warning: once storage is full, no new uploads are possible. Delete old tracks or move to a higher plan to free up space.

Listening to and deleting a track

Each track in the list shows its artist, type and duration. Click Listen to play it right on the page, without leaving the tab. The delete button removes the track permanently after confirmation.

Building a playlist

  1. Open the Schedule tab, then the Build playlists section.
  2. Create a playlist and drag your tracks to set their order.
  3. The total duration updates automatically.

A playlist then becomes selectable in the schedule so your audio plays continuously, even with no presenter behind the mic.

Tip: prepare one long "background" playlist to cover nights and quiet hours. Your station is never left silent.
