Declare who can do what (sound, projection, welcome...) to fuel the replacement suggestions.

The Teams tab is your church's "who can do what" directory. It directly fuels the replacement suggestions: a member declared skilled in sound will rank higher for a Sound position.

Add a skill in 3 gestures

  1. Pick the member.
  2. Tap a quick skill (Sound, Projection, Welcome, Worship, Translation, Security, Children, Parking) or type your own.
  3. Saved: the skill appears as a golden chip on the member's row.

Good practices

  1. Fill in skills as soon as you set up the module: 5 minutes that make every suggestion fairer afterwards.
  2. A chip is removed with one click on its cross if a member changes ministry.
  3. Think of rare skills too (piano, video desk, sign language): that is exactly where suggestions save time.

Where do these skills apply?

  1. Replacement suggestions (Coordination tab): ranking bonus for skilled members.
  2. The calendar's Load view: combined with the last 8 weeks' load, it helps share the service fairly.
