Coordination and replacements

The Coordination tab is the coordinator's decision inbox: everything awaiting a call surfaces there automatically.

What lands in the inbox

1. Counter-proposals: an unavailable member suggests someone "in their place". Accept or reject in 1 click; on approval, the replacement automatically receives their proposal.
2. Declines: freed positions to reassign.
3. Proposals unanswered for more than 4 days: follow up or replace before it is too late.

Scored replacement suggestions

For each position to fill, Sanctumel suggests up to 6 members ranked by relevance:

1. Available: declared blockouts and members already assigned that day are excluded outright.
2. Fairness: the less a member served over the last 8 weeks, the higher they rank. Automatic burnout prevention.
3. Skill: a badge flags members declared skilled for this position (see the Teams tab).
4. Affinity: having already held this position successfully counts too.

One click on "Assign" sends the proposal to the chosen member.

Member side: requesting a replacement

In "My schedule", each assignment offers three answers: confirm, decline, or "Replacement" to suggest a brother or sister in their place (with a short note). The suggestion lands in the coordination inbox for approval: nobody is replaced without the coordinator's agreement.

Coverage of upcoming services

The right panel shows, service by service, each position's meter (confirmed / needed). Green: ready. Orange: incomplete. Red: nobody confirmed. You always know where to focus your follow-ups.
