Schedule a service (calendar)

The Services & Rota module schedules who serves, where and when: worship services, vigils, rehearsals. Everything starts from the calendar.

The 4 calendar views

1. Month: each day is a card. A service shows as a colored block with its confirmation meter; a red dot means nobody confirmed, orange means the team is incomplete. Beyond 2 services on the same day, a "+N" button opens the agenda.
2. Week: the 7 days as columns with full service details. The arrows move one week at a time.
3. Agenda: the dense list of the month, ideal on a phone.
4. Load: the month's heat map (the more golden a day, the more slots to fill) plus the ranking of the most solicited servants over 8 weeks. A red bar means: consider giving this person a rest.

Create a service in 2 clicks

1. Hover a day (or tap it on mobile): a golden "+" button appears.
2. Pick a preset (Worship, Vigil, Rehearsal), adjust the time, confirm. The service is created and its sheet opens to add positions.
3. Need more options (venue, notes, teams)? "Full form" opens the detailed creation.

Positions and assignments

1. In the service sheet, add positions (Sound, Welcome, Projection...) with the number of people needed.
2. Assign members: each one receives a proposal to confirm or decline from "My schedule".
3. The calendar meter fills up as confirmations come in: you see at a glance what is ready.

The "Print month" button generates a shareable PDF of the schedule, in your church's colors.
