Moderate the testimonial queue

Review, publish or reject pending testimonials from the church moderation queue.

2026-07-04

Every testimonial a member submits lands in a waiting queue. Nothing is shown until the church has read it over. The Testimonials page gathers this queue and lets you publish or reject each story with a single click.

Open the moderation queue

  1. From the menu, open Testimonials.
  2. The subtitle shows how many testimonials are pending.
  3. Each testimonial appears in a card, with its text and the date it was received.

Note: access to this page is limited to people who hold the matching permission. A member without it never sees the moderation queue.

Review, publish or reject

Each card offers two actions:

ActionEffect
PublishThe testimonial becomes publicly visible, anonymously, on the church page.
RejectThe testimonial is set aside and will not appear.
  1. Read the text in full.
  2. Click Publish to make it visible, or Reject to set it aside.
  3. The card leaves the queue as soon as the action is confirmed.

Warning: a testimonial may describe intimate situations or name other people. Always read it over before publishing, even though the final display stays anonymous.

When the queue is empty

When there is nothing left to review, the page shows a message saying no testimonials are pending. New submissions appear here automatically, with no need to refresh.

Tip: get into the habit of checking the queue after a service or a strong event - that is often when members share the most.
