Ranking and progress
Track students' points, filter the ranking by period and by class, then print it.
Every published quiz earns students points. The Ranking tab gathers these points to reward effort, liven up an awards ceremony and follow each child's progress across the school year.
Reading the ranking
Open Sanctumel Learning, then the Ranking tab. There you will find:
- a podium of the top three, whose height reflects their number of points,
- the full list of ranked students, with avatar, class and total points,
- the average points and the number of ranked students.
The top three are highlighted with a medal (gold, silver, bronze).
Filter by period
Three periods are available:
| Period | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Month | Points earned in a specific month |
| Year | Points for the current school year |
| All | The total since the beginning |
In Month or Year mode, use the arrows to move to an earlier period. You cannot move into the future, since no score exists there yet.
Tip: in Year mode, set the school-year start month so the yearly ranking matches your intake (for example September) rather than January.
Filter by class and by quiz
Two menus refine the display:
- Class: the whole school or a specific class.
- Quiz: all quizzes or a single one, to see who did best on a given assessment.
Combine the filters to answer a precise question, for example "who has the most points this month among the youngest group".
Note: only points from published quizzes count. A draft quiz does not appear in the ranking.
Print the ranking
When students are ranked, the Print button generates a sheet with your church header, showing the rank, name, class and points. Perfect to display it or hand it out at a ceremony.
