Projection no longer depends on the schedule: a Free session opens in one click and everything can be improvised during the service with the Live panel.
Start a free session
- Open Projection then click Free session (top right).
- The session starts on the church logo. All content is added as the service unfolds, from the Live panel.
- A planned service still projects as before - the Live panel is available there too.
Send the picture to the projector
- Click Screen 2. On Chrome, Sanctumel detects connected screens (with your permission) and sends the output straight to the projector.
- Click once on the output window: it goes full screen.
- If detection is not available, the window opens on your screen: drag it to the projector, then click it.
The Live panel (the unexpected in 3 seconds)
Open it with the book button or Ctrl+B. Seven tabs:
- Bible: find a passage and project it immediately.
- Songs: search the WHOLE library - the song requested on the spot is inserted right after the current slide.
- Prophet (Message churches): search William Branham's sermons and project the quoted paragraph, with its exact reference.
- Summary: theme, subject, reference and preacher of the day on one anchor slide, recalled at any time with the R key. The tab offers the summary from the previous service: one click prefills the four fields, everything stays editable before projecting.
- Speech: free text projected in chunks, with a teleprompter for the speaker - see Project a speech.
- Flash: an urgent announcement as a 25-second banner over the projection (without interrupting it), or as a full-screen slide.
- Timer: a countdown before the service, with the church logo. At zero it shows "Welcome!".
Show content on the live stream
If your church streams the service, what you project can also appear as an overlay on the video, for the congregation following from a distance: verses, but also song lyrics, a prophet quote or a flash.
- Project the content you want from the Live panel (Bible, Songs, Prophet, Flash).
- Click On live: the overlay appears at the bottom of the video and follows what you project as you change slides.
- Click On live again to remove it; it also disappears on its own when you stop projecting.
This works whether you stream through the Sanctumel live (nothing to install) or through OBS to YouTube or Facebook (one browser source to add once). It is all detailed in Overlay your live stream.
Note: the overlay appears with the usual slight streaming delay (a few seconds) and stays a lower third that does not cover the speaker; a long passage shrinks on its own to stay readable.
Clean up the session
As live insertions pile up, the session grows and the slide grid gets heavy. The eraser button, at the top of the slide panel, removes everything except the opening, the closing and the summary if it is projected - after a confirmation. Removed insertions (verses, songs, quotes, speeches) can be inserted again at any time from the Live panel.
The summary deliberately survives the cleanup: it is the anchor slide of the service, and it is only cleared when the session ends.

The output window must be opened from the same browser as the control room.
