Track a resource's sales

Read your revenue, the commission and each purchase, then print a sales report.

As soon as a resource sells, the Library keeps the books for you. You see the net revenue that goes to your church, the commission share, and the detail of every purchase. A printable report gathers it all for your treasury.

The figures at the top of the page

When you open Library, four large cards sum up your sales activity:

FigureWhat it shows
Net revenueWhat actually goes to your church, commission deducted
SalesThe total number of purchases, all formats combined
To collectPaper orders waiting to be picked up
DownloadsHow many times your resources have been retrieved

Below that, a row of counters breaks down your catalogue: resources on sale, drafts, and a split by type (PDF, audio, songs, videos, links).

A single resource's detail

  1. Click a resource's title to open its sheet.
  2. Open the Sales tab.
  3. There you find net revenue, commission, gross amount, and the number of digital and paper sales.
  4. The list below shows each buyer, the format bought and the date.

Tip: the gross amount is what the buyer paid; the net revenue is what you cash in after the platform commission. The gap between the two is the commission.

From the Sales tab, the Print report button generates a clean document, on your church's letterhead, listing the resource's purchases. It includes the title, the author, the ISBN if filled in, and the totals. It is the ideal record to hand to accounting.

Note: the report uses your church's official language and logo, like the other documents Sanctumel generates.

A published, sellable resource has a public sale link. From the resource card or its sheet, the Share button copies that link (or opens your device's native share). Post it on social media, in a newsletter or by message: each purchase flows automatically into your sales.
