Create a department
Organise the church's ministries (welcome, worship, tech…) into departments with their members.

A church runs on teams: welcome, worship, tech, intercession, children. Departments structure these ministries, assign members to them and make it easier to follow each team.
Create a department
- Open Departments, then New department.
- Give it a name (for example "Welcome" or "Tech").
- Appoint one or more leaders.
Tip: a clearly named leader per department is the foundation. Everyone knows who to turn to and who runs the team.
Assign members
Add members to their department. The same person can serve in several departments; these memberships stack with their family and zone.
Note: keeping departments up to date helps spot teams short of hands and share out the service better.
Follow a team
From a department, you see at a glance who's in it. You can communicate with the whole team and follow its activity.
