Track tithes month by month

Tithing is a personal, regular commitment: Sanctumel gives you a clear monthly view, with no spreadsheet to maintain by hand.

Open the tracking view

1. Go to Finance then click Monthly tithe tracking (in the "Giving by member" card), or open the Tithe tracking page directly.
2. Move month by month with the arrows. "Back to current month" returns to today.

Who appears in the list?

Only members who have already tithed at least once appear: children and people who do not tithe never clutter the list. As soon as a first tithe is recorded for a member (manual entry or online giving), their tracking starts automatically.

Reading the table

1. Has given: amount, date and payment method for the month.
2. Pending: the member has not tithed yet this month; their last tithe stays visible.
3. 12-month faithfulness: gauge showing how many of the last 12 months had a tithe (e.g. 10/12).
4. Click a column header to sort (name, amount, date, faithfulness), just like Excel.

Print and export

• Print (PDF): numbered list with your church letterhead, in the church language - "have given" then "pending".
• Excel export (CSV): the same table, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
