Become a partner
Apply to the Sanctumel partner and ambassador programme by filling out the public form in a few minutes.
The Sanctumel partner programme rewards those who spread the word about the platform: pastors, church leaders, network coordinators and consultants. You recommend Sanctumel, you help churches sign up, and you earn a commission. This guide explains the programme and shows you how to apply.
How it works
The journey has three steps, laid out on the partner page:
- Apply - you fill out the public form. Our team reviews your profile.
- Share - once your application is approved, you receive a personal referral link to spread.
- Earn - every church that signs up and subscribes through your link earns you a commission.
Note: applying is open to everyone and requires no prior account. You apply directly from the public page.
Filling out the form
On the partner page, click the call-to-action button to reach the form, then complete the following fields:

Tip: put care into the Motivation field. It is the first thing our team reads to understand your project and your network.
Accepting the terms
Before sending your application, tick the acceptance box. It links to the terms of use and the privacy policy, which you can open in a new tab to read.
- Check your information.
- Tick the terms box.
- Click Send to submit your application.
Warning: the terms box is required. Until it is ticked, the application cannot be sent.
After submitting
A confirmation message appears as soon as your application is received. It then joins our team's queue, where it is approved, put on hold or declined. You are contacted back by email at the address you provided.
Once your application is approved, your ambassador space activates: there you find your personal referral link and the tracking of your commissions.
