As an ambassador, you invite new churches to discover Sanctumel through your personal referral link. Every church you bring in is tied to your account, and you earn a commission as soon as it subscribes. Everything is managed from your ambassador space.
Get your referral link
- Open your ambassador space (available once your application is approved).
- At the top of the page, the Your referral link card shows your personal link. It carries your code, which automatically ties every church back to your account.
- Click Copy to place the link on your clipboard.
Note: access to the ambassador space is reserved for approved applications. While your application is under review, the link is not yet available.
Share the link with a church
From the same card, there are three ways to pass your link along:

The church you contact opens the link, lands on the Sanctumel Suite sign-up page and creates its account as usual. The link to your account happens automatically, thanks to the code carried in the link.
Tip: focus on churches in your network that you already know. A personal note followed by your link converts far better than an anonymous blast.
What the partner earns
The principle is simple: for every church that signs up with your link and then subscribes, you earn a 20% commission for 6 months. The commission starts running from the moment the church becomes a paying customer.
In your space, three counters sum up your activity:
- Churches brought in: the number of churches tied to your account.
- Pending commissions: commissions earned but not yet paid out.
- Paid commissions: what has already been paid to you.
Note: a sign-up alone does not trigger a commission. A commission is only due once the church takes out a paid subscription.
Track your churches and commissions
Further down the ambassador space:
- The Your churches section lists each tied church, with its commission rate and status (active, expired, and so on).
- The Your commissions section breaks down each commission, its amount, currency and status (pending or paid).
This gives you a clear view of who you brought in and what is owed to you.
Receive your commissions
To get paid, set up your payout account:
- In the Payouts card, click Set up payouts.
- You are redirected to Stripe to enter your details (identity, bank information).
- Once the account is active, your paid commissions are transferred to you.
Warning: without a payout account set up, your commissions stay "pending". Be sure to complete this step so your payments are not blocked.
Note: the commission runs for 6 months maximum and only while the church stays subscribed and pays. Sanctumel may change these terms (rate, duration) at any time.
