Your partner space
Sign in to your ambassador space, find your referral link and track your churches, commissions and payouts.
Once your application is accepted, you get access to your ambassador space. This is where you find your personal link, the list of churches you've brought and the status of your commissions. This guide shows you how to sign in and read each section.
Note: the space is only open to approved ambassadors. While your application is still under review, you see a waiting message instead of the dashboard.
1. Sign in
The ambassador space is at partner.sanctumel.com. Sign in with the email you used for your application.
- Open the partner sign-in page.
- Choose Continue with Google, or enter your email and password.
- You land directly on your ambassador space.
Tip: if you don't have a password yet, create an account with the same email as your application. That's what links your sign-in to your ambassador status.
2. Your referral link
At the top of the space, the Your referral link card holds the personal link to share with the churches in your network. Every church that signs up through this link is tied to you.
- Copy: copies the link to your clipboard so you can paste it anywhere.
- WhatsApp: opens a prefilled message with the link.
- Email: opens a prefilled email with the link.
Warning: always use your own link. A church that signs up without going through your link won't count toward your referrals.
3. Track your churches and commissions
Below the link, three figures summarize your activity, then two lists give the detail.

| Churches brought | The total number of churches tied to your link |
| Pending commissions | The amount owed to you, not yet paid |
| Paid commissions | The amount already paid to your account |
The Your churches section lists each church you've brought, with its commission rate and status (active, ended, etc.). The Your commissions section details recent amounts, each marked Paid or Pending.
Note: until a church signs up, these lists stay empty. Share your link to start your first referral.
4. Receive your payouts
The Payouts card manages the account your commissions are paid to, through Stripe. Depending on the status, you see:
- To set up: click Set up payouts to create your payment account.
- Being verified: your account is under review, nothing to do on your side.
- Enabled: everything is ready, your commissions are paid out automatically.
Warning: without a set-up and verified payout account, your commissions stay pending. Set it up with your first commission so you get paid without delay.
