Schedule and project a sermon

Plan a message for a service, show it on screen for the congregation, and export it to PowerPoint.

2026-07-04

Once the message is ready, Sanctumel helps you schedule it for a service, project it on screen for the congregation, and share it as PowerPoint. All three actions start from the subject page, at the top of the editor.

Schedule a message

From a subject, click Schedule. A window opens with next Sunday at 10 a.m. as the default - the most likely service time.

  1. Adjust the date and time.
  2. Add a note if needed (occasion, speaker, internal remark).
  3. Confirm with Schedule.

The slot then appears on the subject. You can reschedule it (pick a new date) or remove it at any time. The page favors the next upcoming slot, or the most recent one if they have all passed.

Tip: the same subject can be rescheduled across services; the old slot is replaced, with no duplicate.

Project on screen

Projection shows the message full screen for the congregation, page by page.

  • From a scheduled subject, click Project.
  • Without scheduling first, the scheduling window offers Project now.

The projection screen runs through an opening page (church name), a title page (subject, theme, speaker), the message sections, and a closing page.

A fullscreen button switches the display to the whole screen, ideal for a projector. Verses and quotes keep their formatting, readable from a distance.

Personal preach mode

The Preach mode button instead opens a reading view for the speaker: large text, part by part, with a font-size control and a choice of dark, light, or sepia background. This setting is remembered for next time.

Export to PowerPoint

The PowerPoint icon generates a presentation ready to open in PowerPoint or an equivalent tool. Choose the visual theme: dark, light, or sepia. The presentation carries over the title, the sections, and your church identity.

Note: PowerPoint export and PDF export are part of the features tied to your plan; the icon is hidden if your plan does not include it.
