Every finished live lands on its own in the Replays tab of Radio & Live. There is nothing to record and nothing to upload: the recording is there, ready to be shared.
Everything in one place
On each replay, four gestures, without leaving the page:
- Rename: click the pencil and fix the title on the spot. The new name shows everywhere, in the community as well as on your public page.
- Hide from the public: the replay disappears from the community and from the public page, but stays with you. One more click puts it back online.
- Download: get the video for your archives or to publish it elsewhere.
- Delete: removes the replay for good, after confirmation.
Note: your recordings stay available to you even past the public display period. That duration concerns what your members see, not what you can retrieve.
Play without leaving the page
Clicking a thumbnail plays the replay right there, full width, with the way back to the list just above the player.
Recordings without a picture, those from your radio broadcasts, are recognisable at a glance: your church artwork stays on screen, with an Audio badge and small bars that move as long as the sound is playing.
Find a broadcast
As soon as the list grows, a search and a sort appear, by date or by number of viewers, and the replays are arranged in pages of twelve.
Only broadcasts that actually have a recording show up here. Older broadcasts without video keep their figures in the report, but no longer clutter your catalogue.
Your broadcast report
At the top of the tab, one line sums up your channel: the number of broadcasts, the total time on air, the audience peak, and above all the number of restarts after an outage.
That last figure is the most useful of all. It counts the times a broadcast restarted right after another one, a sign that a network outage cut a service into several pieces. The words no outage detected mean your services went out in one piece.
Tip: if that number climbs, look first at the connection at the place of worship, a cable rather than wifi and enough upload speed, before looking anywhere else.
Share your channel
The Copy link button gives you the public address of your radio. Off air, that page presents your replays; during a live, it switches to the live on its own. One single link to share, all year long.
