Hand over orders
Confirm a pickup with the buyer's code and track cart orders, including digital items.
Once an order is paid, the buyer receives a pickup code. On handover day, you enter that code to confirm the right product reached the right person. The store gathers every order to prepare in one place.
Find the orders to hand over
There are two ways to reach pickups:
- On a product's page, the Pickups tab lists the pending orders for that product.
- From the store header, the Pickups button opens the list for the whole store, across all products.
Each row shows the buyer, the variant, the quantity and the expected pickup code.
Confirm a pickup
- When the buyer arrives, ask for their pickup code.
- Enter the code in the field provided (it is capitalised automatically).
- Click Delivered to confirm.
The order then moves to Collected and drops off the list of pending pickups.
Warning: only confirm the pickup after you have handed the product over in person. The code is the proof: without the right code, the handover is rejected.
Track cart orders
When a buyer orders several items at once, they form a cart order. The Cart orders button opens a dedicated view, item by item.

Note: in a cart order, each line is confirmed separately. A single cart can therefore mix items already collected with others still pending.
Tips for a smooth handover
- State the pickup place and hours right in the product description.
- Read the code aloud with the buyer if in doubt.
- A digital item has no pickup code: it never appears among pending pickups.
