A well-welcomed visitor comes back. Sanctumel helps you record newcomers, keep their contact details and ensure follow-up, until they become members.
Record a visitor
- Open Visitors, then Add a visitor.
- Note their name and, if possible, a way to reach them again (phone or email).
- Add how they came (invited, social media, passing by): it's valuable for understanding your growth.
Tip: offer a welcome QR code at the entrance: the visitor fills in their own details from their phone, with no queue and no paper.
Ensure follow-up
The first contact after the visit makes all the difference.
- Send a welcome message.
- Assign the visitor to a leader for a call or a visit.
- Note each exchange so no one is lost.
Note: follow-up is teamwork. Assign each new visitor to a person, rather than relying on "someone will handle it".

When a visitor settles into the church, convert their record into a member in one click: their information is kept, and so is their visit history.
