Welcome QR code and self check-in
Let visitors register themselves from their phone, with no paper and no queue.
The welcome QR code turns every phone into a check-in station. Visitors scan it, fill in their details in a few seconds, and their record lands straight in your visitor list. No more loose sheets to copy out.
Show and print the QR code
- Open Visitors, then click QR code at the top of the page.
- The QR code appears, along with the direct link to your public welcome page.
- Click Print to get a clean poster branded with your church name, ready to place at the entrance or on the welcome desk.
The QR code automatically embeds your church logo when one is set, and the direct link can also be shared by message or on your social channels.
Tip: print the poster in A4 and put it where newcomers naturally pass (entrance, welcome desk, coffee stand). A visible QR fills your records without tying up a volunteer.
What the visitor fills in
The public sign-up page is deliberately short so no one is put off:
| Field | Required | Note |
|---|---|---|
| First name | Yes | - |
| Last name | Yes | - |
| Phone | Yes | The best way to follow up |
| No | Under "Add more info" | |
| City | No | Under "Add more info" |
| Message | No | A free note from the visitor |
Optional fields are tucked behind an Add more info button to keep the form light.
A multilingual, branded page
The welcome page shows your church name and logo, and offers 5 languages (French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) through the selector in the top right. Visitors pick their language, and a welcome verse appears after they submit.
Note: visitors are never asked to log in. The page is public and works on any phone, with nothing to install.
Consent and privacy
Before submitting, the visitor must tick a consent box that links to the privacy policy. Without it, submission is blocked. The consent date is stored with the record, helping you stay GDPR-compliant.
After sign-up
As soon as the form is sent, the record appears in Visitors with the New status. All that is left is to follow up and, when the time comes, convert the visitor into a member.
